Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
1. Overview
Hublytix (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our HubSpot portal health Service.
2. Data We Collect
Account & contact data
When you create an account or request a scan we may collect your name, email address, and company name.
HubSpot portal data
When you connect a portal we read metadata and record identifiers needed to calculate the health score and recoverable-spend figures (e.g. contact counts, property usage, duplicate signals, engagement flags). We store findings as record IDs and aggregated metrics — not full contact names or email addresses.
Usage data
We collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) to operate and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Data
- To run scans, generate health scores, and show recoverable-spend estimates
- To provide optional one-at-a-time confirmed duplicate merges when you enable write access
- To operate accounts, billing, and customer support
- To improve the Service and detect abuse
- To send product and transactional emails (you can unsubscribe from non-essential messages)
4. Data We Do Not Store
We do not store full contact names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable contact fields from your HubSpot portal on our servers. Report PDFs contain zero names or emails. Findings are stored as record IDs and summary metrics only.
5. HubSpot Tokens & Permissions
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. By default the connection is read-only. Write access is granted only when you explicitly enable it for a specific action (currently limited to confirmed single-pair duplicate merges). You can revoke access at any time from your HubSpot account or inside Hublytix.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, payment processing) under strict contractual obligations, or when required by law.
7. Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. Scan findings and logs are retained according to plan limits and then deleted or anonymized.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging of merge actions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve our protections.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@hublytix.ai.
You can disconnect your HubSpot portal and delete your Hublytix account at any time.
10. International Transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
