Fair questions
Is my HubSpot data safe?
Hublytix connects with read-only OAuth — it cannot modify anything. Contact names and emails are never stored on our servers: findings are stored structurally (record IDs), and labels are fetched live from HubSpot only when you're logged in and looking at them. Report PDFs contain no contact data at all.
How is this different from a manual audit?
A manual audit is a $2,000–6,000 snapshot that's stale the week it's delivered. Hublytix scans on a schedule, prices the waste in dollars, and — unlike any consultant's PDF — re-checks your fixes and flags anything that regresses.
What does “verified savings” mean?
When cleanup drops you below a marketing-contact billing block, the next scan confirms the reduction actually happened before Hublytix counts a single dollar as saved. We never credit our own detection.
Do I need a paid HubSpot plan?
